Manama, Bahrain, 7 September 2014 – Yousif and Aysha Almoayyed Charity donated a car to the Migrant Workers Protection Society (MWPS) as a means to support their continuous efforts and facilitate their needs. The Charity group, which is a subsidiary of Y.K. Almoayyed & Sons solely dedicated to aiding the community, donated the 2014 Nissan Sunny at a special ceremony hosted by Nissan Showroom in Sitra.

Salwa Almoayyed, Head of Yousif & Aysha Almoayyed Charity, handed the car keys to Marietta Diaz, Head of MWPS, with the presence of Beverley Hamadeh, MWPS General Secretary. Representatives from YKA, including Paul Baker-General Manager at Nissan Bahrain- along with other managers and staff were present at the ceremony. Marietta Diaz expressed her gratitude towards the Charity Group for their generous donation as it will aid the continuation of their various activities.

Ms. Salwa Yousif Almoayyed, Head of the charity, handed over the donation to Ms. Tahera Al Alawi, Deputy Director of the Bahrain Breast Cancer Society at YK Almoayyed & Sons head office, Manama.

Donation To American Mission Hospital

Yousif and Aysha Almoayyed Charity donates to the American Mission Hospital

Yousif and Aysha Almoayyed Charity (part of YK Almoayyed & Sons) has made a financial donation to the American Mission Hospital for its event “American Mission Charity for Breast Cancer Combat” that will direct all its returns to the American Mission Hospital to support free medical checkup for breast cancer in Bahrain.

This donation was part of several donations that the committee presented for the program to increase awareness to the society through medical checkups for breast cancer.

Ms. Zahra Hamza, coordinator of Yousif and Aysha Almoayyed Charity, presented the donation to Ms. Bahnaz Abbas, Marketing and Donations Manager, at the American Mission Hospital, on Sunday October 12th 2014, at YK Almoayyed & Sons head office, Manama.

Yousif and Aysha Almoayyed charity organization launches a book “Dreams without Limitations” book

Yousif and Aysha Almoayyed Charity (part of YK Almoayyed & Sons) committee launched at Al Riwaq gallery “Dreams without Limitations” book Monday 14th July. The book is a story about Ali Mohammed Musa being disabled in both Arabic and English versions. In addition, it featured portraits for the special needs people from Bahrain Mobility International Society and Bahrain Down Syndrome Society in a Ramadan evening that embraced various Bahraini talents.

The commemoration has taken place in “Al Riwaq” with the collaboration of Women Professional Network (WPN), where Yousif and Aysha Almoayyed Charity donated the expenses of publishing the English version book. The books and the portraits are available for sale at Al Riwaq Gallery and the return on sales will be directed to the Special Needs people.

“Yousif and Aysha Almoayyed Charity” is an initiative by YK Almoayyed & Sons. It represents various types of support to build the Bahraini society, as it is one of the largest Bahraini companies that heed charity work, as it is its belief and responsibility towards building the society in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Donation To In need Students

Yousif and Aysha Almoayyed Charity committee (part of YK Almoayyed & Sons) recently presented a donation to Granata primary school for girls , 50 shopping vouchers worth BD 1000 were donated to the school girls in need.

The donation was presented at the school’s premises in Sitra, on 22nd April 2014. The committee coordinator of Yousif and Aysha Almoayyed Charity, Ms. Zahra Hamza presented the vouchers to the students. Furthermore, needs of students were discussed in order to provide them with the necessary requirements.

The school’s vice principal presented “Yousif and Aysha Almoayyed Charity” with a certificate of appreciation for their interest in students needs during their visit.

“Yousif and Aysha Almoayyed Charity” is an initiative by YK Almoayyed & Sons. Being one of the largest Bahraini companies that actively promotes charity work, Y.K Almoayyed & Sons is always on the forefront to support the Bahraini society.
