The Yousif and Aisha Al Moayyed Charity, , recently provided support to the Bahrain Parents Care Society, a laptop and projector.
The donation was delivered on Tuesday, 19 May 2015 at Ashraf headquarters, in the presence of Ms. Amal Yousef Al Moayyed, Executive Director of Ashraf, a member of the Yousif and Aysha AlMoayyed Charity, Mr. Ahmed Mohammed Al Banna, Vice Chairman of the Association.
As part of its strategy to support projects that serve the Bahraini society, Yousif & Aysha Almoayyed Charity committee, part of Y.K. Almoayyed & Sons (YKA), made a financial donation of BD 10,000 to Al Areen Wildlife Park.
The donation was made on April 5th 2015 at YKA head office in Manama where Farouk Almoayyed, Chairman at YKA, handed the donation to Dr. Ismael Mohammed Al Madani, General Coordinator at Al Areen Wildlife Park, along with Zahra Hamza, Coordinator of Yousif & Aysha Almoayyed Charity.
The donation was made for the water birds park located at the middle of Al Areen Wildlife Park that covers an area of 70,000 square meters and consists of 3 lakes, a swamp for small frogs and Bahraini turtles.
In support of the Bahrain Disabled Sports Federation, the committee of Yousif and Aisha Almoayyed Charity donated a modern Brother printer with multi-tasking.
The printer was handed by Ms. Zahra Hamza – Secretary of Yousif & Aysha Almoayyed Charity to Dr. Sami Jassim Zabari, Secretary General of the Bahrain Disabled Sports Federation on Thursday, March 5, 2015.
Yousif & Aysha Almoayyed Charity, part of Y.K. Almoayyed & Sons (YKA), have provided high quality sophisticated headphones to Bahrain Deaf Society in their continuous support of the special needs people. The donation was made on March 12th, 2015 at YKA head office in Manama, where Salwa Almoayyed, Head of Yousif & Aysha Almoayyed Charity, handed the donation to Aqeel Ali Hassan, Vice Chairman of Bahrain Deaf Society in the presence of Zainab Ali Ebrahim, Sign Language Interpreter and along with Zahra Hamza, Coordinator at Yousif & Aysha Almoayyed Charity. Mr. Aqeel Ali Hassanexpressed gratitude to Yousif & Aysha Almoayyed Charity on behalf of the Bahrain Deaf Society on this generous initiative taken to support the special needs people to overcome their disabilities and to motivate them to meet the challenges they face. On the occasion of the International Childhood Cancer Day, Yousif &Aysha Almoayyed Charity committee, part of Y.K. Almoayyed & Sons (YKA), organized a visit to the children’s cancer unit at Salmaniya Medical Complex, to provide moral support and to bring joy to the hearts of the children diagnosed with cancer.
The visit was held on 16 February 2015, as part of Edmaj program of YKA employees, which gives opportunity to the employees to volunteer and participate in charity work. A group of employees from Y.K. Almoayyed & Sons visited the cancer unit to meet the children and presented them with gifts. The parents of the children expressed their gratitude to this gesture initiated by Y.K. Almoayyed & Sons.
Zahra Hamza, Coordinator at Yousif &Aysha Almoayyed Charity, along with Y.K. Almoayyed & Sons employees, Afrah Al Sunni, Fatima Abdulrahman, Nashmita and Jawad Turaifi were part of the visit and were welcomed by Amal Mohammed, Head of Nurses of Children’s Cancer unit, at Salmaniya Medical Complex.
Yousif & Aysha Almoayyed Charity Donates Nissan Sunny 2015 To Batelco’s Child Care House
Yousif &Aysha Almoayyed Charity, part of Y.K. Almoayyed & Sons, donated a 2015 Nissan Sunny car to Batelco’s Child Care House to facilitate their needs.
The car was donated in a ceremony held at Nissan showroom, Sitra in presence of Salwa Almoayyed, Head of Yousif & Aysha Almoayyed Charity, Dr. Akbar Mohsen, Vice Chairman at Batelco’s Child Care House, Mr. Paul Baker, General Manager Y. K. Almoayyed & Sons – Nissan and other staff. On this occasion, Ms. Salwa Almoayyed stated, “We highly value the efforts taken by Batelco’s Child Care House to offer special attention in providing a safe environment to orphans and help them to be good citizens, contributing to nation-building and we grant them this donation to stimulate the principle of social solidarity.”
